A Bank Holiday in Brighton is usually one of the worst times to go if huge crowds are not your thing, but when your girlfriend is obsessed with shopping no matter how busy it is, you just go with the flow. After her “shopping spree” we decided to head to the seafront and just have a little walk about and grab some donuts on the pier. I had my Olympus OMD EM-5, 7-14mm and 40-150mm lenses at hand and in crowds its such a great system to walk around with, so compact yet producing such high quality images. I took quite a few images this day but the 2 below are a couple of my favourites from the day.
Image above was taken at 7mm and a great example of how a super wide angle can work really well.
The image above is your typical sunny day scene on Brighton beach.
